Allene L. Curry

Allene L. Curry, 89, of Concordia at the Orchard, died Sunday morning, January 1, 2017, at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born July 2, 1927 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Michael Lepore and Josephine Sequete Lepore.

Allene was a Homemaker and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Butler. She enjoyed going on cruises, casino trips and mostly her life was centered around her family.

Surviving are her sons, Robert E. (Karen) Curry of Cranberry Township; Jeffrey E. (Tammy) Curry of North Lima, OH; Michael H. Curry of Austintown, OH.

8 grandchildren: Scott Curry, Christopher Curry, David Cooley, Shannon Curry, Turner Curry, Mitchell Curry, Justin Curry and Madison Curry.

2 great grandsons: Justin Curry and Canyon Curry.

1 brothers, Michael Lepore of Butler.

1 sister, Judy Lohmuller of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Curry, whom she married July 3, 1948, he died December 1, 2010; also 1 brother, Angelo Lepore and 2 sisters, Elizabeth Ramelli and Antoinette Rhodaberger.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Thursday. Funeral Services will the follow at 11:00 a.m., at the Funeral Home. Internment will be in Butler County Memorial Park.
