Dianne L. Green

Dianne L. Green, 51, of Butler passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.

Born September 21, 1965 in Butler, she was a daughter of Gerard "Crock" and Catherine Marx Green.

She was employed through PARC, where she held positions at McDonald's and Arby's.

She was an avid Steeler fan, she enjoyed shopping, dining out and embroidery.

She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by 2 brothers: John (Lynn) Green of Longview, TX., and Gerard Green, Jr. of King George, VA.

4 sisters: June (Rick) Helch of East Brady, PA, Judy (Mark) Atkinson of Butler, Shirley (John) Green of Herman and Lorie (Larry) Wizorek of Grove City, PA.

14 nieces and nephews: Kelly and Catherine Green, Melissa and Erik Lewetag, Christopher (Sis) Hill, Joseph Atkinson, Jamie (Christopher) DeFalco, Katelin (Brandon) Lias, Jonathan Green and Emily Doctor, Elizabeth Green, Sr. Maria Faustina of the Divine Mercy, Stephanie, Melanie and Julie Wizorek.

3 great-nephews: Landon, Cody and Mason Hill.

1 great-niece, Emma Lias.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Norbert and Clara Green, Philip and Mary Marx. A nephew, Stephen Green.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St. Butler, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Sunday. A Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated Monday at 10:00 am from St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 821 Herman Rd., Butler, PA. 16002. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Herman.
