Joshua Paul Brown, 41, formerly of Butler passed away February 11, 2018. He graduated from Butler High School where he played hockey for the Golden Tornados. He then attended Butler County Community College where he a pursued a degree in Computer Forensics.
He was previously employed by Marmon Keystone Corp and Armstrong Cable, both in Butler, PA and TPRC Broadband in Greensboro, NC.
Joshua loved playing sports, riding his bike, spending time with his kids, friends and family. Josh’s most beloved hobby was playing his guitar and singing. Josh was kind and caring to everyone he met and loved to do impersonations and make people laugh.
Josh was preceded in death by his father Gregory Brown of Butler, paternal grandparents Donald and Lela Brown of Butler, maternal grandparents Alfred and Mary Pelliccione of Butler.
He is survived by his 3 children Hanna and Andrew Brown both of Butler, Laynee Saeler of East Butler, his mother Marie Brown of Winston Salem, NC, his brother Travis (Suzanne) Brown of Butler and their son Jacob of Honolulu, HI, his sister Holly (Robert) Hege and their son Tucker of Winston Salem, NC, his sister Lindsay (Jesse) Bowser and their children Levi and Lyla of Lewisville, NC and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St. Butler, PA 16001 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday from the Funeral Home. The Rev. Keith Kozik, will officiate. Interment will follow at the Calvary Cemetery in Butler.
