One of God's biggest supporters here on earth Laura J. Ristity, 56, of Butler, quietly left this world in her sleep on Saturday, April 8, 2017, to join the Lord's army of angels in heaven.

Laura's quiet generosity towards all, and her sharing of her time and talents will not just be missed, but
will leave a hole in the lives and hearts of those who loved her. A hole that only time and memories will
fill.

Born May 21, 1960 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Gerald and Verna Walsh Kriley.

Laura graduated from Knoch High School in 1978 and worked in the Pharmacy at the Butler Memorial Hospital for the past 38 years. She was a member of St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church in Butler, was a superintendent for the awards committee and the farm products at the Butler Farm Show, had volunteered at the Butler Fair and also for the Caring Angels Programs at the Butler Hospital. She taught CCD classes and youth group at St. Andrew's Church, had loved to paint and was an avid baseball fan.

Surviving is her son, Dan (Amanda) Ristity of Jefferson, Township.

1 daughter, Elizabeth Ristity and her fiance Grant Werner of Butler.

2 grandchildren, Gavin and Emma Saeler.

7 brothers and sisters: James (Pam) Kriley, Eugene (Rosemary) Kriley, Diane (Archie) Harding, Charlotte (Sam) Williams, Loretta (Chris) Pflugh, Wayne (Virginia) Kriley and Pam (Jim) Fullerton.

Numerous nieces and nephews and also many friends and loved ones.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew, Lance Monroe.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 1660 North Main Street Ext. The Rev. Nick Argentieri, Pastor will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Herman.

Follow her example and never be afraid to say to others, “I love you to the moon and back” before you fall asleep.

In Lieu of Flowers, Donation may be sent to the Caring Angels Program at the Butler Memorial Hospital, 911 East Brady Street, Butler, PA 16001.
