Mary Therese Fisher

Mary Therese Fisher, 59, of Butler, died Tuesday afternoon, August 9, 2016, at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born October 2, 1956 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late William J. Fisher and Anne (Zemyan) Fisher.

Mary graduated from High School, also Edinboro University and had done her Graduate studies at Boston University, where she had also worked as a Library Aide. She was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, created her own custom cards, was very generous and kind to others and had always looked for the good in others.

Surviving are her sisters, Andrea Fisher, Anna Marie Sheehan and Barbara Holler.

Her cat Micah.

2 nieces and 2 nephews.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, at 9:00 a.m., at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 North McKean Street, Butler. Internment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Butler.

In Lieu of Flowers, Donations may be made to the Society of St. Vincent DePaul, 146 North Monroe Street, Butler, PA 16001.
