To the Cleary Family,

All I can remember is riding in the Cleary Ford green station wagon on the way out to Robert Schlag's farm to get milk...with Tommy driving drinking Coke from a glass bottle (he was the only one in the car old enough to drive)...and that brings a smile to my face. That is what his life was, a smile.

To Tom's family. I have worked with Tom for many years. He was one of the nicest guys I have ever met and I looked forward to seeing him each time. Tom, we will miss your humor, your wisdom, your knowledge, and the gentle leadership that you brought to us every day. I know Tom traveled often. I was one of the people he worked with on those various trips. His thought always stayed with his family. I know as you gather in his memory it will be the love of his friends and family that will lift Tom to paradise. Tom, I will miss you. Goodbye my friend.

I am so saddened to learn of Tom's death and your family's loss. Words fail me but I have been praying and attended Mass yesterday for you all. I'll be looking for an address to send a Mass Card to in Tom's honor. Meanwhile I'll be thinking of you as the Mass concludes and the burial takes place.
Tom was also so welcoming and wore the family mantel of oldest son so lightly, it seemed to me. He will be missed but you all have wonderful memories to cherish and his loving spirit to carry with you everyday. Sincerely Arlene
