Anthony M. Kovocovsky

Anthony M. Kovocovsky, Sr.,78, of Butler passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born March 29, 1940 in Butler, he was the son of the late Michael and Mary Semes Kovocovsky.

He worked in the Melt Department at Pullman Standard Car Company for 13 years until it's closing. He was then self emoplyed with various businesses.

He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, football and gardening.

Surviving are 4 sons: Anthony M. Kovococsky, Jr., Timothy J. Kovocovsky, Mark R.(Susan R. Young) Kovocovsky and Matthew J. (Charlene J. Zotter) Kovocovsky, all of Butler.

9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Michael G. Kovocovsky.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St. Butler, PA 16001 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday. A Blessing Service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday from the Funeral the Home. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
