Clement A. Reott, Sr. 90, of Herman went peacefully to be with the Lord while surrounded by his family on Wednesday November 13, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Born November 23, 1928 in East Butler, he was a son of the late Anthony J. and Stella (Geibel) Reott.
He worked for the Valley Freight Lines, Schwerman Trucking in West Winfield and then Armco Steel.
He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman.
Clement enjoyed gardening and growing Rhododendrons and Azaleas. He also raised Quail, Pheasants and Chickens and was an excellent handyman who could build just about anything. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Surviving is his wife, Lillian M. (Milich) Reott, they were married July 4, 1953.
Four children: Mary (Rocco) Lucco, Patty (Tom) Gray, Kathy (Jim) Green, all of Butler and Clement A. Reott, Jr. of Herman.
Six grandchildren: Matthew (Amanda), Christina (Chad), Jacob (Kelly), Rachelle (Bryan), Chad (Corin) and Shannon.
Seven great-grandchildren: Arabella, Sophia, Luca, Taylor, Andrew, Aeriana and Novela.
Also his sister, Phyllis Karenbauer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gregory and Gerald; Four sisters, Genevieve “Dee”, Rose, Ruth and Virginia.
Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St. Butler, PA 16001 from 10:00 to 11:30 am Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 noon Monday at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 821 Herman Rd. Butler. Rev. Ward Stakem, Pastor, will officiate. Entombment will follow at Butler County Memorial Park with Military Honors.
