Jeanette Beblo Obituary

Jeanette I. Beblo, 94, of Butler, died Monday, October 1, 2018, at QLS of Sarver.

Born February 3, 1924 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Peter Kriley and Lillian (Risch) Kriley.

She was a homemaker, was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Surviving are her 8 children: Priscilla Beblo of Butler; Curtis (Linda) Beblo of Greenville, PA; Sheila (Richard) Howard of Butler; Brian (Karen) Beblo of Cabot; Aleta Hook of Cabot; Alan (SuZee) Beblo of Butler; Daniel (Karen) Beblo of Richland, NC; Leon (Mary Jo) Beblo of Butler.

16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley B. Beblo, whom she married August 3, 1946, he died September 26, 2005; also 3 brothers: August, Paul and Gerald; 4 sisters: Violet, Mae, Arvilla and Bertha; 1 son-in-law, John Hook.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 North McKean Street, Butler. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Butler.

St. Paul's Catholic Women and Christian Mothers will meet at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Church to recite the Rosary.
