Linda Mariotti Obituary


 

Linda M. Mariotti, 81, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019. Born in Butler on January 18, 1938, daughter of Clarence (Chant) and Ethel Miller.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, William J. Mariotti.

Children: Mr. David M. Mariotti of Petrolia and Mrs. Stephen (Rebecca L.) Hunka of Butler. One grandson, Mr. Camron L. Mariotti of Belview. Her brother, David L. and Patricia Miller of Fenelton. One nephew and four nieces.

A graduate of Butler High School in 1956. Linda retired from the Intermediate Unit IV where she worked as a special needs teachers aid for 24 years, A job she loved. After retiring, Linda volunteered in the Emergency room of Butler Health Systems.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing and her pets.

Linda passed away at Lowrie Place in Butler Township. She was a loving mother and wife. A generous person who would do anything for anybody. Linda was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.

The family would like to thank the staff at Lowrie Place and 356 Hospice for their loving support and caring devotion.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St. Butler, PA 16001 from 11:00 to 12:30 am Saturday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 1:00 pm at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 North McKean St. Butler, PA. 16001.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 100 Liberty Avenue, Suite E-201, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
