Louis P. Rome

Louis P. Rome, 94, of Cabot passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at the Saxony Health Center in Saxonburg.

Born June 29, 1922 in Braddock, PA, he was a son of the late Louis and Mary Mudic Rome.

He retired from the Moonlight Mushroom Mine in Worthington, PA following 39 years service. He was in the Management Department.

He was a member of the American Legion Post # 0828 in Worthinton.

He was a WWII veteran of the United States Navy.

Surviving is his wife, Elsie Kitko Rome whom he married February 15, 1958.

A brother William Rome of Herman.

Numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, John and Frank Rome.
