Lucy F. Colsten

Lucy F. Colsten, 92, of Butler, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019, at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.

Born April 8, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois, she was a daughter of the late Samuel Flemm and Lucy (Crawford) Flemm.

Lucy was a retired Nurses Aide from the Sunnyview Home in Butler and was a volunteer for Tele caregivers.

Surviving is her son Larry L. Colsten of Prospect.

2 daughters: Nadine (Andy) Sneidar of Gladstone, VA and Valerie (Gary) Duncan of Butler.

8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell E. Colsten, whom she married May 25, 1951, he died July 8, 1992; also 1 son-in-law, Gary Sorge; 1 brother and 2 sisters.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, from 7:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Services will then follow at 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
