Raymond Hilliard Obituary

Raymond E. Hilliard, 50, of Butler, died Monday evening, March 19, 2018, at the Emergency Room of the Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born March 17, 1968 in Butler, he was a son of the late Edward A. Hilliard and Nancy J.(Lutz) Hilliard.

He had worked at Kawneer of Cranberry, formerly known as Traco for 29 years and was proud that he made the windows for the Empire State building and the Statue of Liberty. He enjoyed camping and crossword puzzles.

Surviving is his longtime companion Donna J. Hartle of Butler.

1 brother, Joseph A. Hilliard of Butler.

2 sisters: Jean A. (Joe) Soloski of Butler and Rebecca L. Hilliard (Mike Haefner) of Chicora.

4 stepsons: Shane (Kayla) McCommon of Butler; Ryan (Allie) McCommon of Boyers; William (Shayna) Everetts, III of Butler; Austin Hartle of Butler.

4 step grandchildren.

2 sisters-in-law: Cheryl (Larry) Scott and Marsha (Gene) Claypool.

Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, at 12:00 noon, at the Funeral Home. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz, will officiate. Burial will take place in St. Peter's Parish Cemetery.

Memorial Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
