Adrian Radziwon Obituary

Adrian S. Radziwon, 77, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born January 12, 1945 in Greensburg, PA a son of the late William and Pauline (Blasko) Radziwon.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra C. (Crouch) Radziwon.

2 sisters, Bonnie Radziwon and Claudia Dewey.

A stepson, William Slease.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Norbert, William and Edmund.

Per Adrian’s request, no services will be held at this time. Arrangements by the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler.
