Ann C. Kirk

Ann C. Kirk, 87, of Renfrew, passed away Tuesday morning, December 27, 2022, at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born November 26, 1935 in Butler, a daughter of the late Mark R. Weser and Nellie (Johnston) Weser.

Ann was a 1953 graduate of Butler High School and a 1956 graduate of the Butler Hospital School of Nursing.  She was a nurse at the Butler Memorial Hospital, retiring after 20 years.  She was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Peter Roman Catholic Church and the Butler Hospital School of Nursing Alumni.  She enjoyed reading, traveling and going out to eat.

Surviving is her daughter, Debra Kirk of Center Township.

1 son, Mark Kirk of Butler Township.

3 grandchildren:  Jeremy (Andrea) Enslen of Uniontown, PA; Nicole (Bruce) Hunt of Butler and Kelly (Justin Terhune) Kirk of Butler.

4 great grandchildren:  Jaxson, Jakeob, Miles and Alivia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry C. Kirk, whom she married December 30, 1957, he passed away September 25, 2010; her daughter, Carolyn Enslen, also 1 brother and 3 sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, at 10:00 am, at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 127 Franklin Street, Butler.  Interment will be in St. Peter’s Parish Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Donations are requested to St. Jude’s Research Hospital.
