Carol A. Olexsak, 70, of Butler, passed away, Friday, February 4, 2022, at her home.
Born September 13, 1951 in Vandergrift, PA, she was a daughter Casimer Wenskowski and Caroline (Hoffman) Wenskowski.
Carol had worked as a private duty nurse for Interim Health Care in Pittsburgh. She was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, and had enjoyed camping, listening to music, traveling, bicycling, putting together jigsaw puzzles, being with family and watching movies.
Surviving is her husband, Richard L. Olexsak, whom she married January 27, 1973.
Her daughter, Christine (Jeff) Olson of Baden.
3 grandchildren: Dustin Wagner, Kasey Wagner and Addison Olson.
Siblings: Rachel Crofutt of Plum, Richard Wenskowski of Vandergrift and Casimer (Don Graham) Wenskowski, Jr. of Penn Hills.
2 nieces: Erica (Cody) Blake, and their children Allison, Colton and Cullen; Justina (Seth) Nelson.
1 nephew, Philp Olexsak.
2 brothers-in-law: Frank Olexsak and Dave (Karen) Olexsak.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Wenskowski and her nephew, Ricky Wenskowski.
Private Services were held for her family. Arrangements by the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler.
