Eileen Eva Fishel, 79, of Butler, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023, at her home, following decades long battle with Parkinson’s.
She was born June 25, 1943 in Butler, a daughter of the late Michael Lasichak and Helen (Soley) Lasichak.
Eileen was a 1961 graduate of Butler High School, the New Castle School of Business and earned an Associates Degree from the Butler County Community College. She had worked as a dental office manager. She was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, and was a former member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Lyndora.
Surviving are her sons, Joseph Victor (Sharee) Fishel of Butler and David Michael (Ellen) Fishel of Pine Twp.
2 grandsons, Robert and Nathan Fishel.
2 brothers, Andrew (Theresa) Lasichak of Butler and Raymond (Jennifer) Lasichak of Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David V. Fishel, he passed away in 2006.
There will not be a visitation. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, at 1:30 pm at Greenlawn Burial Estates in Mount Chestnut. Rev. Radko Blichar to officiate.
