Heather M. Craig, 39, of Butler, passed away unexpectedly, Friday morning, January 14, 2022, at her home.
Born December 18, 1982 in Butler, she was a daughter of John “Jack” Craig and Gertrude A. (Kriley) Craig.
Heather was a graduate of Butler High School and had worked as a kitchen aide at the Butler Children’s Center. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler and Pirate fan, and had loved to attended her nephew Jordan’s sporting events, as she was his biggest fan. She was very friendly and family oriented and enjoyed spending time with Ed and Lucy, also Champ and Chestnut. She liked to dance and her lottery tickets.
Surviving are her parents, Jack and Gertrude Craig of Butler.
1 sister, Kristie (Chris) Vicari of Butler.
1 nephew, Jordan Vicari.
Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim and Stella Craig, also Francis and Mary Kriley; 1 aunt, Rita Wagner and 1 uncle, Billy Kriley.
Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 east Cunningham Street, Butler, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10:00 am, at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman. Internment will be in St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery.
