Jacob "Jackob" Seybert

Jacob C. "Jackob" Seybert, 27, of Butler, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 26, 2023.

He was born June 12, 1995 in Butler, a son of Gregory R. Seybert and Jennifer L. (Skurka) Seybert.

Jacob was a 2012 graduate of Butler High School and had been a cook at various Butler area restaurants.

He enjoyed playing video games, golfing, was an avid sports fan, especially Pitt and the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates.  He loved music, his family and his friends and had a very strong Christian faith.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Lucas J. Seybert and his sister, Lauren N. Seybert.

His maternal grandparents, Fred and Linda Skurka.

Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, also many friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Harold and Beverly Seybert, also in infant brother, Nicholas E. Seybert.

Visitation for family and friends will be at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday.  Funeral Services will be private for his family.

His family asks that everyone attending please wear casual attire.
