Karin Schaffer

Karin Schaffer, 84, of Saxonburg, passed away Thursday morning, September 8, 2022, in the comfort of her home.

She was born on April 28, 1938 in Braunschweig, Germany a daughter of the late Kurt Diekmann and Ilse (Meissner) Diekmann.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence “Skip” Schaffer.

Her children:  Mark Schaffer of Saxonburg; Jeffrey Schaffer (Kelly Adams) of Sarver and Vincent Todd Schaffer (Sharon Schaffer) of Milliken, CO.

Her grandchildren:  Kylee Schaffer, Justin Schaffer, Colby Schaffer, Caleb Dunn and Marlana Dunn.

Arrangements were by the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler.
