Linda Bedford Obituary

Linda L. Bedford, 74, of Butler, passed away, Saturday morning, October 14, 2023, while residing at the Sunnyview Home in Butler.

She was born January 6, 1949 in Butler, a daughter of the late Richard Stewart and Alice (Matson) Stewart.

Linda graduated from Butler High School, then received a degree in Education form Slippery Rock University. She was a Foreign Language teacher at the former West End Elementary School in Butler. She had loved the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Surviving are her sons, Jim (Novi) Bedford and Ken (Dawn) Bedford.

2 granddaughters, Emma Bedford and Sophia Bedford.

2 sisters, Stacy (Tom) Morando and Karren (J.J) Robinson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John N. Bedford and her sister, Darlene McCurdy.

Private Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Butler. Arrangements by the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street in Butler.
