Lois A. Bauer, 84, of Butler passed away Tuesday January 11, 2022 at her residence.
Born October 23, 1937 in Herman, she was a daughter of the late Clifford and Naomi (Keasey) Gallagher.
Prior to raising her family, she was employed by Delta Airlines in the Reservations Department.
She was a member of Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
Lois enjoyed reading, watching tv and traveling and visiting casinos with her late husband, Richard.
Surviving are her children, John (Judith) Bauer of Leavenworth, KS, Richard Bauer of Butler, Veronica Andrews of Valencia, Eric (Bridgette) Bauer of Lake Peekskill, NY, and Erika Blystone of Evans City.
Her grandchildren: Kimberly Newton, John Alexander, Rachel and Kelly Andrews, Sean and Shane Bauer, Josh, Greg and Jarrett Blystone, Ashley and Autumn Blystone.
Great-grandchildren: Briton, Eathan and Ragen Alexander, Harper and Ruby Newton, Hunter and Taylor Blystone, Willow, Aspen and Oakley Blystone.
Her sister-in -law, Donna Gallagher of Herman.
Numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard B. Bauer whom she married February 7, 1959. He passed away October 14, 2010. A grandson, Benjamin and granddaughter, Tara Andrews. Two brothers, George and Bill Gallagher, her sister, Marylou Laird and her son-in-law, Donald Andrews.
Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street from 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Friday, January 14, 2022 at 10:00 am at Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church, 1304 East Cruikshank Rd, Butler, PA 16002 with Rev. Charles Bober officiating. Interment will be at the Butler County Memorial Park,
