Mary Ball Piroch of Butler passed away on June 8 in the comfort of her home. Mary was born in Butler on October 6, 1922 and she resided in Butler all her life. Mary was a life-long member of the Butler Catholic Parishes where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, June 12 at 11:00AM with the Reverend Harry Bielewicz officiating. There will be no public viewing. Mary dedicated her life to her family. She especially enjoyed her back porch, playing bridge and 500 with family and friends and watching the Pittsburgh Pirates. If you ever met her, know that you were in her prayers.
Mary Piroch is survived by her eleven children, four sons-in-law, four daughters-in-law, twenty-nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, two brothers, their wives and families. She was preceded in death by her husband Bernard, who she married on August 11, 1943 and who passed away in 2001, one sister and one son-in-law.
