Rosalie M. Malicki Madden, 90, of Butler, passed away peacefully on Friday.
She was born August 25,1930 in Beech Bottom W. Virginia, the daughter of the late Paul D. Watt and Margaret Hayes.
Rose worked for Joe McKain Appliances. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Butler. She enjoyed puzzles, playing bingo, reading books, shopping, her love of all ‘junkfood & sweets’, going to the casino, and PA Lottery Tickets.
Rose will be greatly missed and will be remembered for her independence, her strong will and sense of humor.
She is survived by her nephew Michael (Kelly) Hasychak of Butler.
She is preceded in death by her husband Ronald L. Madden who died August 17, 2010, one daughter and two sisters.
Friends will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham Street, Butler, Tuesday from 1:00 pm until the time of services at 2:45 pm. Tom Harrison, will officiate. Entombment will be in the Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum at Butler County Memorial Park.
