Timothy J Lindstrom, 72, passed away Friday December 30, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot, Pa. He was a Butler High School graduate, class of 1968.
Born in Pittsburgh on May 27, 1950. He was the son of Lois L. Lyons-Lindstrom (Gran) and the late Ralph T. Lindstrom.
He worked at International Staple before working at American Hardware/ Servistar in East Butler. He later worked as a truck driver for Pitt Ohio and Estes Trucking. He also worked a short time for Aldi’s with his son and retired at 62.
Tim was a gun enthusiast and a good hunter in earlier years. He also liked golfing, swimming and family vacations at the beach. He had a lot of fun in his life and was a good joke teller.
He was preceded in death by his father Ralph Lindstrom, brother Lloyd Lindstrom and two infant children.
He is survived by his wife, Joann Lindstrom of Cabot, daughter Tara E. Lindstrom of Cabot, son Trevor A. Lindstrom of Saxonburg and three grandchildren (Daisy, MaryJane and Jaxon Lindstrom of Saxonburg). One sister, Susan (Ron) Rometo of Pittsburgh, Sister-in-Law Pam Lindstrom of West Sunbury and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Ward Stakem, at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church in Herman on Saturday, January 7, 2022 at 10:00 am, followed by luncheon at the Herman Firehall.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all of Concordia’s nurses and physical therapists that dedicated their time and care.
