Our heartfelt condolences to you, Sylvia and your family. I never knew that he rode a Harley 125 back in the 50s. Finding that out made him even cooler than I already knew we was.

My memories of Archie Mann. I grew up on Linsdale Drive, four doors down the street from the Manns. We played a lot of vacant lot baseball all day long in the summer. All the boys I played with were older than me and had bats that were to heavy for me. Archie notice this and never even ask my parents. Told me to get in his car and drove me to the Point Drug store and bought me the nicest 27inch Louusville Slugger a boy could ask for! I love that bat and will never forget Mr Manns kindness....RIP Archie!

I remember going to his house during youth group and watching the superb owl. I also remember visiting him downtown at his business. He was a great and kind man and will be greatly missed. My condolences to his family.
