My condolences to Mr. Toomey's dear family and friends, and may these promises from the Bible bring them comfort in this time of sorrow. Jehovah God is close to the brokenhearted, and he will wipe away the tears from all faces. Isaiah 25:8; Psalm 34:18 NWT. Peace be with you.
