R. Harold “Cork” Sutton, 72, of St. Clairsville, OH, formerly of West Sunbury, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the Park Health Nursing Home in Ohio.

Born November 14, 1943 in Euclid, PA. he was a son of the late Harold D. and Bernice (Williams) Sutton.

He worked for Cooper Energy Services as a Foundry Superintendent for 36 years, until it's closing.

He was a member of St. Alphonsus Parish, St. Louis Church in West Sunbury.

He had coached for Little League and Pony League baseball for many years. He was an avid baseball and softball player who enjoyed golfing and the Steelers. He was especially, a loving father and grandfather.

Surviving are his wife, Mary (DiBiase) Sutton, whom he married August 28, 1965.

3 children: Harold D. (Joy) Sutton of Butler, Matthew T. (Annie) Sutton of Forestville and Christine M. (Chad) Brahler of St. Clairsville, OH.

6 grandchildren: Brooke and Cade, Alexis and Audrey, Abigail and Carson.

A sister, Beverley (Carl) Reeder of Euclid, PA.

Numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in by his step-father, Wilber Morrow.

There will be no public visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 12:00 pm from St. Alphonsus Parish, St. Louis Church at 202 West State St. West Sunbury, PA.16061. Internment will follow at the West Sunbury Union Cemetery. Arrangements by Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St., Butler, PA. 16001.
