I will never forget the first time I met him and the last time I saw him.
Bill was a treasure to all who knew him.
He was the best father and father- in -law anyone could ask for. A true Saint.

I am so sorry to hear of bills passing. I had the pleasure of meeting bill at the county while he was a tipstaff. He was always so kind & helpful to everyone he encountered. I always thought of him as a gentle giant. My deepest sympathy.
